as stated before, after the Topol M's and Minutemen have done their dastardly work and all the viable workshops and manufacturing centres in most western countries lie in total ruins there'll still be characters like these turning out bits n pieces in the most unlikely places imaginable.... they will be up 'n running turning out goods and articles needed by the local people whereas any whizz-kids that's left in the western world will be fked - especially without a net connection.
